Ernie and Blake met while Blake was still at one of the “top” marketing agencies for fitness today. After talking to thousands of gym owners and working with over 400, Blake saw something different from Ernie’s approach. Unsure to what exactly why, he consciously dug deeper.
Ernie shared his experience from being a franchisee in 2015 to what led him to close that franchise and purchase a small CrossFit Gym in February 2016.
Fast forward 4 years, CrossFit East Coast maintains 235-255 members and Ernie works less than 4 hours per week on (not in) the gym itself. He says the reason his workload has gotten so low stems from the fact that he’s implemented the IronKlad MARKETING & SALES MACHINE, SYSTEMS & PROCESSES, and built a solid MANAGEMENT TEAM all based on shared core values and guiding principles.
Through this experience, Ernie was not initially seeking consulting clients but wound up taking on a project through personal introductions to help a local gym duplicate what Ernie has implemented in his gym. And it worked. Now, gyms around the United States are getting members in their gym predictably and at will as well as gaining financial and time freedom from the day to day operations of their businesses by implementing all the systems and processes in their business.
